TrusTech — Digital transformation

About us

We give enterprises, operators and public bodies senior, independent engineering: clear designs, honest advice and hands-on delivery, from the first workshop to the system running in production.

Our vision

Every organisation in our region should run infrastructure it understands, owns and can depend on — designed to international standards and built for local conditions.

Our journey

TrusTech grew out of more than 18 years building and running networks — inside an operator, for a United Nations agency, and for enterprises across the region.

  1. Operator networks

    MTN Group

Years inside a mobile operator: large-scale IP and transport networks, where uptime is the product.

  2. Humanitarian ICT

    UNHCR

Connectivity and infrastructure for a United Nations agency, often in hard environments with limited resources.

  3. Expert certification

    CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure #69361

Cisco’s expert-level certification in enterprise network design, deployment and troubleshooting.

  4. TrusTech

    TrusTech ICT Consultancy founded

An independent consultancy with offices in Dubai and Damascus, serving enterprise, operator and government clients across MENA.

  5. Cloud and AI

    Google Cloud and NVIDIA certified

Professional Cloud Architect and AI Infrastructure & Operations — extending the practice into hybrid cloud, automation and AI platforms.

Who we are

Engineer-led

TrusTech is led by Firas Ashour, CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure #69361. Every engagement is delivered or directly overseen by a certified expert, not handed down a chain.

Independent

We are not a reseller. We recommend the platform that fits — commercial or open-source — and say so when the simpler option is the right one.

Sovereign by design

Many of our clients cannot send data abroad. We design on-premises, air-gap-capable and open-source options as first-class choices, not afterthoughts.

Built to be handed over

Designs are documented, configurations are in code, and your team is trained. You should be able to run what we build without us.
